OUR STORY
VENTURE was founded in 1986 by Njoo Hoo Kong, known to most as "Didi", a dedicated scientist with a passion for sound. His vision was clear—to create speakers that could bring the true essence of live musical performances into the home environment.
With a Master’s degree in Physics from the University of Frankfurt, Didi’s expertise extended beyond audio. His research in cryogenics and superconducting materials provided him with a deep technical foundation, allowing him to develop groundbreaking innovations in speaker design. From the very beginning, VENTURE has been committed to pushing the boundaries of high-end audio, crafting exceptional, luxury speakers that combine cutting-edge technology with artisanal craftsmanship.
After more than 35 years of dedication, Didi has passed the torch to his two daughters, Lee Ming and Lee Ching, who have been key executives within the company for many years. With the same passion and commitment to excellence, they continue his vision—ensuring that Venture remains at the forefront of high-luxury speaker craftsmanship and technological innovation.
